Ginger Owl want you to love and wear your pieces, we believe in providing high-quality items and we are confident that you will love what you have purchased from us. However, we understand that occasionally you may not be 100% happy with what you have selected online; therefore Ginger Owl is pleased to offer the following return policy.
- Items must be returned and received within 10 days of delivery for Australian customers and 21 days for international customers. RA request must be received within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached.
- Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
- Ginger Owl reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the exact condition in which they were received.
- Original invoice must be included with your return as proof of purchase.
- No change-of-mind refunds or return offered on sale items.
- Sale items, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, hats, lay-by items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
- Returns will only be accepted if all of the above conditions are met.
Please contact online@gingerowl.com.au with your return query and to obtain your returns number prior to posting. Returns will not be accepted without a returns number.
Online credits are issued for returns and expire 6 months from the date issued and can only be used to purchase via Ginger Owl E-Boutique, not in store.
Return shipping costs are at the customers' expenses and tracking is highly recommended.
